Alia Bhatt, like rashmika mandanna, katrina kaif, Kajol, and sara Tendulkar, has been a victim of deepfake technology. The deepfake video has gone viral on social media. 'Alia Bhatt' may be seen in a now-viral video wearing a flowery blue dress and making obscene gestures. Anyone with a passing glance can see that the woman in the video is not alia Bhatt. The actress's data-face has been superimposed on another person's body.

This comes less than a month after a deepfake video of actress rashmika mandanna went viral. "Something like this is honestly, extremely scary not only for me, but also for each of us who today is vulnerable to so much harm because of how technology is being misused," the pushpa actress said of the video, before adding, "Today, as a woman and as an actor, I am thankful for my family, friends, and well-wishers who are my protection and support system." পুরুষদের কনডম : মিলনের সময় কনডম পুরুষ লিঙ্গে পরা হয় যেন বীর্য সঙ্গীর যোনীতে প্রবেশ করতে না পারে। কনডমটি পরতে হবে যখন পুরুষ লিঙ্গ উত্তেজিত থাকবে এবং সঙ্গীর দেহে প্রবেশ করার পুর্বে।

আজকের বিষয় কনডম এর সঠিক ব্যবহার সম্পর্কে কিছু টিপস।

১) কনডমের প্যাকেটটি খুব সতর্কতার সাথে খুলতে হবে। সবসময় কনডম প্যাকেট এর যে কোন এক প্রান্ত থেকে খোলা ভালো। কারণ প্যাকেটটি খুলবার সময় যদি কনডমটি ভিতর থেকে কনডম ফুটা হয়ে যায় অথবা ফেটে যাই তাহলে কনডমটি সম্পূর্ণ ব্যবহার অনউপযোগী হয়ে যেতে পারে।

২) এবার কনডমটি প্যাকেট থেকে বের করবার পর খেয়াল রাখতে হবে, কনডমটি কোন পাশ থেকে রোল হবে। আপনি রোলিং পাশটি নিশ্চিত করবার জন্য একটি আঙ্গুল হালকা করে কনডমের রাবারের ভিতর প্রবেশ করে রোলিং পাশটি নিশ্চিত করতে পারেন।

৩) কনডম ব্যবহারের পূর্বে অবশ্যই ভিতরের বাতাস বের করে নিতে হবে অন্যথায় তা ফেটে গিয়ে শুক্রানু যোনিপথে প্রবেশ করতে পারে।

৪) এইবার আস্তে আস্তে হালকা ভাবে রোল করে কনডমটি আপনার গোপনঅঙ্গে পরিয়ে নিন।

৫) সম্পূর্ণ উত্তেজনা না হওয়া পর্যন্ত কনডম গোপন অঙ্গে না পরাই ভালো। কারণ উত্তজনা কম থাকলে পরবর্তীতে কনডম খুলে আসতে পারে।

৬) এইবার মিলন শেষে উত্থিত অবস্থায় লিঙ্গ বের করে নিয়ে আসতে হবে না হলে অনেক সময় শুক্রানু ছড়িয়ে পরতে পারে।

৭) মিলন শেষে ব্যবহারিত কনডম এর শেষ প্রান্তে হালকা ভাবে একটি গিট বাধে দেওয়া ভালো, যার ফলে শুক্রানু বাইরে প্রবেশ করবে না।

কনডম ব্যবহার শতকরা ১০০ ভাগ জন্মনিয়ন্ত্রনের নিরাপত্তা দেয়না। এর সাফল্যের হার ৯০% এর কাছাকাছি। নিয়ম মাফিক ব্যবহার না করলেই ব্যর্থতা দেখা দেয় । অনেক দম্পত্তির কনডমে এলার্জি থাকতে পারে তাদের কনডম ব্যবহার না করাই ভালো। দীর্ঘদিন কনডম ব্যবহার করলে অনেক সময় দম্পতিরা একধরনের মানসিক অতৃপ্তি এবং অশান্তিতে ভোগেন। কনডম ব্যবহারের সাথে সাথে প্রাকৃতিক জন্মনিয়ন্ত্রন পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করে স্বামী-স্ত্রী অনেক আরাম দায়ক যৌন জীবন উপভোগ করতে পারেন।

Background

Condom use among young people in South Africa has declined in recent years and adolescent girls and young women continue to bear the highest incidence of HIV in the country. Young women who have dropped out of school may be more at risk because of traditional gender norms that create substantial power imbalances and a lack of power to negotiate condom use with their male partners, especially when using alcohol and other drugs.

Methods

This study presents an analysis of baseline data provided by 500 adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) from Cape Town communities between November 2016 and November 2018 who were reached for a cluster-randomised trial conducted to assess the efficacy of an evidence-based, young woman-focused intervention seeking to reduce HIV risk and substance use behaviours. The analysis focuses on associations between binge drinking, condom use, and sexual negotiation, including impaired sex (any substance use at last sex).

Results

AGYW who reported frequent condom negotiation with their partners were 8.92 times (95% CI: [4.36, 18.24]) as likely to use a condom when alcohol or other drugs were not used at last sex and 5.50 times (95% CI: [2.06, 14.72]) as likely when alcohol or other drugs were used at last sex (p < 0.05). AGYW who reported frequent binge drinking in the past month (n = 177) had significantly reduced odds of condom use at last sex, irrespective of whether the sex was impaired (OR 0.60, 95% CI: [0.49, 0.73]) or not impaired (OR 0.69, 95% CI: [0.60, 0.81]).

Discussion

The findings highlight the need for interventions that reach AGYW in South Africa by specifically aiming to educate AGYW about the effect of binge drinking on negotiating

 power in their relationships, thus providing them with the knowledge and skills to increase agency regarding condom use.
